SBI Asha Scholarship Application Fee
There is no application fee for SBI scholarship, all candidates can fill the free application form in it.
Eligibility for SBI Asha Scholarship
The applicant student should be studying from class 6 to 12 in the current academic session, the candidate should have secured 75% or more marks in the previous academic year and the annual income of the applicant’s family should be up to Rs 3 lakh.
Preference will be given to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe category, Meghalaya, Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Mizoram, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Daman and Diu, Delhi, Lakshadweep, Puducherry.
Benefits of SBI Asha Scholarship
Under this scheme, a one-time scholarship of ₹15000 will be provided to the eligible student. The scholarship will be transferred directly to the student’s bank account. The bank account should be of the student or his parents. It is not necessary for the bank account to be of SBI Bank. You can provide details of any valid bank account for the distribution of scholarship amount.
Documents Required for SBI Asha Scholarship
To apply for SBI Asha Scholarship, the candidate must have all the necessary documents, it should include the mark sheet of the previous academic year, government-issued identity card or Aadhaar card, current year’s fee receipt, certificate of admission in the current class, bank account details, income certificate, applicant’s photo and caste certificate etc.
